CHEESE GRATED POTATO

6-8 cooked potatoes, peeled and then grated (30-32 oz. frozen shredded)

2 cups grated cheese

½ cup butter

1 cup milk

2 cups sour cream

1 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp dill weed and 1/2 to 1 cup chopped onions (Or onion salt)

In large micro safe bowl – melt butter and cheese in the milk

Then add the sour cream plus the seasonings.

Pour over grated potato and mix

Put in buttered casserole ( you can make ahead and bake the next day)

Bake 325 for 1 hour
